Terms of Service
The BuzzIQ service is at https://buzziq.ai.
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of BuzzIQ (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
BuzzIQ lets you:
- Connect Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn (personal and company), X, and Threads. A feature flag may hide a platform.
- Create, schedule, and publish posts, including media stored on our behalf
- See engagement and hashtag suggestions where the APIs allow (best-effort, rate-limited)
- Use optional AI text or image features, which spend credits
- Invite others to a team workspace and buy extra seats when that feature is on
3. Accounts
- You can sign up with email and password (you must verify email before a password login), Google or Facebook login, a magic link, or a passkey.
- You must be at least 13. We do not check age at signup. You represent that you meet that minimum (or a higher minimum in your jurisdiction).
- Keep your login secret. You are responsible for activity on the account. If someone else takes it over, email support@buzziq.ai.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Break the law or infringe someone else’s rights
- Post spam, malware, or content meant to deceive
- Harass or harm others
- Scrape, attack, or bypass rate limits on this Service
- Violate Meta, LinkedIn, or X rules, including their rules on unauthorized automation
5. Social platforms
- You grant us access only so we can provide the Service (connect, publish, pull engagement).
- You can revoke that access in the app (Accounts) or in the platform’s app settings.
- We are not responsible for platform API outages or policy changes.
6. Content and AI
6.1 Your content
You own what you upload and what you publish. You grant us a limited license to store it, process it, show it in the app, and publish it when you schedule a post.
6.2 AI
Optional AI features send your prompt and, when needed, an image to OpenAI or Anthropic. You must review the output. You are responsible for anything you publish. We do not warrant that AI output is accurate or fit for a particular use.
6.3 Our Service
You may not copy, reverse engineer, or use our trademarks without permission.
7. Payment and credits
- Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Credits are usage units, not cash.
- Deleting an unposted or failed post may refund credits. It does not refund a Stripe charge.
- Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund.
- There is no in-app subscription-cancel portal. Email support@buzziq.ai. Stripe receipts are the place to manage the card you used at checkout.
- If team seats are configured, the workspace owner is the billing party.
- Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension.
8. Privacy
How we collect and use information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
9. Availability
We aim for a reliable Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or that a third-party platform will stay connected. We may change or pause the Service with reasonable notice when we can.
10. Termination
- You: stop by requesting deletion via the Data Deletion form or privacy@buzziq.ai. There is no Settings delete-account button today.
- Us: we may suspend or close an account for a Terms violation or unpaid invoices.
- After termination, we handle data as described in the Privacy Policy (request-based deletion, not instant wipe).
11. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent the law allows.
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or business.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and hold us harmless from claims and costs that arise from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your content, or your violation of someone else’s rights.
13. Governing law
We have not published a registered office or a chosen governing-law state on this page. Contact legal@buzziq.ai for operator details. A dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be heard in a court of competent jurisdiction.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. We post the new version on this page and update the Last Updated date. We do not send a separate email when they change. Continued use after the update is acceptance of the new Terms.
