Delete Your BuzzIQ Account Data

Account Deletion

To permanently delete your BuzzIQ account and all associated data:

  1. Log into your BuzzIQ account
  2. Go to Settings > Account
  3. Click "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm deletion by typing your password
This action is irreversible and will delete all your posts, schedules, and account data.
What Gets Deleted
  • Profile information
  • Scheduled posts
  • Connected account tokens
  • Usage analytics
  • Generated content
  • Uploaded media files
Data deletion is processed within 30 days of account deletion.

Delete Data from Connected Platforms

BuzzIQ connects to various social media platforms. Here's how to delete your data from each platform:

Facebook Data Deletion

Delete BuzzIQ App Access:
  1. Go to Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites
  2. Find "BuzzIQ" in your app list
  3. Click "Remove" to revoke access
  4. Select "Delete all your posts and other activity"

To delete your Facebook account entirely, visit Facebook's deletion help page.

Instagram Data Deletion

Delete BuzzIQ App Access:
  1. Go to Instagram Settings > Security > Apps and Websites
  2. Find "BuzzIQ" in your authorized apps
  3. Click "Remove" to revoke access
Delete Your Instagram Data:

To delete your Instagram account, visit Instagram's account deletion page.

Twitter (X) Data Deletion

Revoke BuzzIQ App Access:
  1. Go to Twitter Settings > Security and account access > Apps and sessions
  2. Find "BuzzIQ" in your connected apps
  3. Click "Revoke access"
Delete Your Twitter Data:

To deactivate your Twitter account, visit Twitter's deactivation help page.

LinkedIn Data Deletion

Remove BuzzIQ App Access:
  1. Go to LinkedIn Settings > Data privacy > Third-party applications
  2. Find "BuzzIQ" in your authorized applications
  3. Click "Remove access"
Delete Your LinkedIn Data:

To close your LinkedIn account, visit LinkedIn's account closure page.

Threads Data Deletion

Remove BuzzIQ App Access:
  1. Open the Threads app on your mobile device
  2. Go to Settings > Privacy > Apps and websites
  3. Find "BuzzIQ" and remove access
Delete Your Threads Data:

Threads is connected to Instagram. To delete Threads data, you may need to delete your Instagram account or contact Instagram Support.

How Long We Keep Your Data
Active Account Data:
  • Profile information: Until account deletion
  • Scheduled posts: Until posted or deleted
  • Analytics data: 24 months
  • Generated content: Until account deletion
After Account Deletion:
  • Personal data: Deleted within 30 days
  • Backup data: Deleted within 90 days
  • Legal compliance data: As required by law
  • Anonymized analytics: May be retained
